MILITARY MODELS

We have a huge range of bronze resin models, in fact we have more in this material than anything else, 2 years ago we started off with a basic range of around 70 models, we now boast over 100 and we are adding to this on a regular basis. The workshop that casts most of our bronze resin has over 34 years under their belt and there is not a lot about casting they do not know, combining age old techniques with more modern allows them to produce a consistent quality of model that we are proud to have on our shelves.

We have a slightly smaller range of pewter models available also, you will find that pewter can capture detail in smaller parts that resin is a bit too brittle to do.

You only have to look at the GPMG and the 81mm Mortar to see for yourself.

These models are cast in a workshop ran by one man, again with over 38 years experience in the trade he casts them and then sits and solders them all together which is then followed by a hand finish, these models you will find a bit higher in the price bracket but material and the time to make them must reflect that.

We have started recently to combine both materials in our models which allows us to make the bigger parts in bronze resin and then using pewter to show off the smaller detailed bits that resin tends to not like, models like our Chinook, Trojan and AVRE all have a mix of the 2, but once colour matched you can never tell the difference!
